'Chukka'

Over the years Chukka has held her own in the show ring, placing at Breed, National and Specialty levels in conformation and property classes.

Chukka has always been one for adventure and is well remembered for holding up the traffic on the Federal Highway in Canberra when she went A.W.O.L. after a Specialty show.

Chukka had delightful nature, though some what reticent exterior and an out landish sense of humour . . . . . yes I know the swing lid of the kitchen tidy is on my neck . . . . . but no, listen I have not (emphatically!) been at the rubbish!!

Chukka always put her best paw forward participating in pet expos, judges training, Totally Wild filming and lending her belly for my grandson Chad to have a nap on.

Chukka spent her retirement years lounging in the sun with her best mate Swayze beside the pool at Majella's house. Chukka has done the Jomeja Kennel proud both in and out of the ring and will be in our hearts forever.
